It was my first solo road trip. I packed a small bag and little vintage suitcase, making sure to double, then triple check the items tucked inside. I fueled up Carrie Bradshaw (my car) and headed out for a seven hour adventure to the land of the hyphy aka the Bay Area.
Embarking on a road trip by myself sounded a bit daunting at first, but I enjoyed it. All I needed was a couple stops to fuel myself with iced green tea from Starbucks and chicken mcnuggets, and music to sing along to. Loudly. What I listened to:
This will be my last official school break. After this, I’ll be graduating from college, finding a job and taking two weeks of vacation per year (winter break should be an option for adults too). For my last spring break, I plan on enjoying the outdoors (the weather is gorgeous), spending time with family and friends and regrouping my thoughts so I can return to Los Angeles refreshed. The last three weeks have been crazy town, so I’m stoked about enjoying this view for a week:
